One Caught in Trafficking Illegal Cough Syrup to Bangladesh at islampur

Webdesk, TNI Islampur, 28th May, 2017: In a secret tip off today a raid was carried out by Islampur Police. One person was arrested and 300 bottles of banned cough syrup were recovered from him. The raid took place at Boloncha area of Islampur near the state highway. It is expected that the recovered cough syrup was actually transported to the neighboring Bangladesh illegally. According to the police, the accused is known to be Bijoy Choudhury from Kshudirampally of Islampur. He was produced in the court by the police.
